摘要 通过对基层医院护理质量管理存在的问题:护理人员整体素质偏低;护理人才流失严重,护理人员严重缺编,护理管理受到一定制约;护理管理人员欠缺较高的管理素质;护士长管理重心偏移,护理管理职能受到影响以及护理质量检查流于形式等进行分析。针对存在的问题提出相应对策,包括:强化对在职人员的培训及继续教育;稳定护理队伍,营造用人环境;增强对护士长管理素质的培训力度;完善后勤保障体系;修正护理质量评价标准,注重以病人为中心的服务实效,从而使护理质量得到持续改进。 We analyzed the existing problems of nursing quality management in primary hospital, such as the poor quality of nursing staff, serious brain strain, severe shortage of nurses, the restriction of nursing management, the lack of high management quality of nurse administrators, the head nurses' excursion on management focus, nursing management function was affected, and a mechanical way in the inspection of nursing quality and so on. We proposed some corresponding countermeasures, including the enhancement of training and further education in working personnel, the stabilization of nursing stuff and creation of a good personnel environment, the strengthening of the training of head nurses' management quality, the perfection of logistical guarantee system, the correction of the evaluation standard of nursing quality, and put stress on practical results of patient-oriented. By these measures, our nursing quality obtained continuous improvement.
