摘要
针对化工压力容器制造过程中的焊接工艺计算机辅助设计进行研究,使用VBA与AutoCAD混合编程,实现一个焊接工艺计算机辅助设计系统。系统根据用户的输入,可以交互地选择合适的焊接工艺,生成相应的工艺卡片,并可以输出到Microsoft Word中进行修改和打印。系统还引入了推理机制,使用推理模块,用户可以交互地、智能化地实现焊接工艺卡片的编制。
Studied computer aided welding planning in the manufacturing process of pressure vessel in chemical industry, and developed a computer aided welding planning system by making use of VBA and AutoCAD. By user's input the welding process can be interactively chosen,the corresponding card can be obtained and be put into Microsoft Word for further modification and print. Also introduce inference mechanism software. By which the user can work out and inquire processing card rapidly and intelligently.
