摘要
在高速硬切削时,切屑主要为断屑,了解断屑引起的高频交变的切削力的特征,有助于优化切削参数。通过有限元方法对AISI4340钢高速直角切削进行仿真。研究切削速度、背吃刀量和刀具前角等切削参数对断屑的形成频率、平均单位切削力以及切削力的频率的影响。分析结果为优化切削参数、减少高速切削中的振动和提高表面加工质量等提供指导。
Discontinuous chips, one of the major chip types, are usually formed in hard machining at high speeds, corresponding with a change in cutting force frequency. The understanding of cutting force frequency plays an important role in machining process optimization. A orthogonal cutting simulation for AISI4340 steel is carried out using standard finite element software. The influence of cutting parameter such as cutting speed, depth, tool rankle on cutting force and its frequency is investigated. The obtained results will help to optimize process parameter,reduce cutting vibration and improve surface integrity.
