摘要
建立HPLC法测定复方对乙酰氨基酚片中对乙酰氨基酚、咖啡因和乙酰水杨酸的含量;用Kromasil C18色谱柱;流动相为甲醇-0.2%庚烷磺酸钠溶液(15∶85)冰醋酸调pH值3.4,流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长为280nm。本方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可更好地控制本品的质量。
A method for the determination of Paraeetamol, Caffeine and Aspirin in Compound Paraeetamol Tablets by HPLC was established. The Kromasil C18 column was used, the mobile phase was methanol-0. 2% sodium heptanesulfonate solution (15 : 85) (the pH of mobile phase was adjusted to 3.4 with acetic acid glacial). The detection wavelength was 280nm, the flow was 1.0mL·min^-1. The method is simple, accurate, highly serious and reproducible, It can provide a reference standard for the quality control of Ankahuangmin Capsules.
