摘要
建立高效液相色谱法测定雷公藤原料中雷公藤甲素的限度的方法，色谱柱为phenomenex C18；流动相为流动相A：甲醇，B：甲醇-水（40：60）梯度洗脱；流速为0.9mL·min^-1；检测波长218nm；柱温25℃，雷公藤甲素在0.0516-1.0320μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0.9999，平均回收率99.3％，RSD为2.17%（n=6）。该方法操作简便，重现性好，结果准确可靠，适用于该原料的质量控制。
A HPLC method was established for the determination of triptolide in leigongteng. Usmg a phenomenex C18 column, a mixture of methanol -water （40 ： 60） as the mobile phase, the detetive wavelenth was set at 218nm and the column temperature was 25℃. The linear range of Triptolide was from 0. 0516μg to 1. 0320μg （r=0. 9999）. The average recoverage was 99.3% with RSD as 2.17% （n= 6）. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the quality control of crude drug.
