RP-HPLC法同时测定消痤灵搽剂中3种成分的含量

Determiantion of 3 Components in Xiaocuoling Liniment by RP-HPLC

建立高效液相色谱法同时测定消痤灵搽剂中3种成分含量的方法。采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱，甲醇-0．042mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾（42：58，内含0．75％三乙胺，用20％磷酸调节pH2．4）为流动相，流速为1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长为240nm。甲硝唑、氯霉素、水杨酸分别在12．9～257．8μg·mL^-1（r=0.9999）、14．9-298．1μg·mL^-1（r=0．9999）、5．7～114．0μg·mL^-1（r=0．9999）范围内线性关系良好，平均加样回收率（n=9）分别为100．7％、99．7％、98．7％。该方法简便、准确、重复性好，可同时测定消痤灵搽剂中3种成分的含量。

A HPLC method was established for the determination of three components in Xiaocuoling liniment at the same time. The Hypersil BDS C18 column was used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.042mol·L^-1 KH2PO4 （42 ： 58, containing 0.75% trithylamine and adjust pH to 2.4 with 20% phophiric acid ）, the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1 , the detection wavelength was 240nm. The linears in the range for metronidazole, chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were respectively 12. 9-257.8μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9999）, 14. 9-298.1μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9999）, 5.7-114.0μg·mL^-1 （r=0.9999）, and the average recoveries （n= 9） were respectively 100.7%, 99.7%, 98.7%. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which can be used for the content of three components in Xiaocuoling liniment .
