摘要 研究了分离菌株棒曲霉(AspergilusclavatusDes)HD11的生理特性。结果表明:棒曲霉HD11具有多种胞外水解酶,能利用多种碳源,但不能利用菊糖;其麸曲糖化酶比活力为6684.5U/g,正常生长发育温度为15~38℃,最适生长温度为25~35℃,最适生长pH为3.0~5.0。研究中发现。 The physiological property of the isolated strain-Aspergillus olavatus Des strain HD11 had been studied. The results showed that the strain could produce a number of extracelluar hydrolytic enzymes and utlize lots of material as sole source of carbon except nuilin, its glucoamylase activity or bron koji was 6684.5 U/g, it could grow normally from 15 ℃ to 38 ℃, the range of its optimum growth temperature was from 25 ℃ to 35 ℃ and that of its optimum growth pH was from 3.0 to 5.0. It was found that A clavatus could show temperature dependent dimorphism.
