摘要
多频脉冲电子舌是一种采用多频率大幅脉冲作为激发扫描信号,用几种不同的非修饰金属电极组成传感器阵列,检测被测物质的整体响应信号,辅以主成分分析数学方法的新型电子舌系统。实验中采用铂电极、金电极、钯电极、钛电极、钨电极作为传感器阵列,在1、10、100Hz三个频率段下进行检测,数据采用主成分分析的方法对六种不同的茶饮料进行区分辨识。结果显示,钛10Hz钨100Hz组合电极能够对六种茶饮料有较好的区分辨识效果。可见,多频脉冲电子舌在饮料的区分、辨别真伪方面有很大的潜力。
Multifrequency pulse electronic tongue (MPET) is a novel electronic tongue with pulse voltammetry as the scanning signal and the sensors array which is composed of unmodified metal sensor, it can determine the integral characteristic response signal of the measured substance, the data is disposed by principal components analysis. In the paper, seven tea beverage was discriminated through a sensor array of platinum, gold, palladium, titanium and tungsten electrodes at different frequency of 1, 10,100Hz by principal components analysis. The results showed that combining titanium 10Hz + tungsten 100Hz could successfully discriminate six tea beverage. Multifrequency pulse electronic tongue (MPET) displayed great application potential in tea beverage quality examination and fake tea beverage products discrimination quality examination and fake tea beverage products discrimination.
