摘要
通过对芦荟植物24个月的跟踪检测和分析,研究芦荟植物随季节和气候变化而导致的有效成分变化规律。以芦荟植物中特有的芦荟多糖和芦荟苷作为有效成分的衡量指标,结果表明:芦荟植物有效成分芦荟多糖随气温上升呈现上升规律。芦荟植物有效成分有规律的变化,对于芦荟自身适应生长环境、积累有效成分具有重要意义,也对芦荟种植、采摘和加工等选择提供了指导。
The variety regulation of the active components from Aloe plant that was resulted from the change of seasons and climate was studied through the survey and analysis of Aloe plant within 24 months. The active components of polysaccharide and Aloin were regarded as the specifications to analyze,and the result showed the regulation that the polysaccharide content moved up with the rise of air temperature. The variety regulation of the Aloe active components was very important to the selection of proper growing circumstance and the accumulation of active components, and conducts the cultivation, harvest and processing as well.
