提高Q420角钢力学性能的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 采用加入V-N中间合金方法生产的Q420角钢的抗拉强度、屈服强度和冲击韧性明显提高,具有较好的综合性能。利用化学成分、力学性能和显微组织等分析方法对其机理进行分析和探讨。结果表明,加入V-N中间合金可以达到组织晶粒细化和沉淀强化的效果,使Q420角钢强度和韧性等综合性能得到提高,更好满足用户要求。 The tensile strength, yield strength and notch toughness of Q420 angle steel produced by V-N interalloying method were improved evidently and integration properties were better. The renson was analyzed and discussed through methods of chemicai composition, mechanical property and mierostructure etc. The result showed that V-N interalloying method could arrive of mierostrueture refining and precipitation strengthening. The integration properties of strength and toughness of Q420 angle steel were improved to meet better consumer needs.
