摘要
通过对深拉延试验原理的分析及对深拉延值的测定,分析了深拉延值在汽车专用薄板检测中与rm值和薄板厚度开裂率之间的关系。从而阐明深拉延值可作为评价汽车专用薄板成形性的重要参数。
The theory of deep drawing test is analyzed and determination of the deep drawing valule is employed to understand the relationship between deep drawing valule and rm valule, the thickness of board, and the cracking rate. The testing method of deep drawing value is demonstrated afterwards. The value may be used as an important parameter to evaluate formability of thin iron boards specifically used in automobile.
