摘要
针对质量流量计相位差测量,从工程中的实际信号入手,结合虚拟仪器相位差检测的过零法,提出了一种设定阈值的改进型过零法,阐述了算法的检测原理,讨论了影响相位差检测精度的因素,提出了改善精度的技术措施和原则。其中阈值的设定、过零点的查找和相位差移位计算为关键技术。实际测量中,相位差测量误差小于0.2°,质量流量计的精度达到1%,满足测量的精度要求。
Aiming at phase difference measurement of mass flowmeter, based on actual signal and the zero passage method, the amendatory zero passage method is presented. The principle involved is introduced, and factors influencing the precision of phase difference measurement are discussed. Enactment of threshold value, judgment of the point of zero passage and shift calculation method of phase difference measurement is the key factors involved. Results of experiment show that the algorithms are effective in phase difference measurement of high precision and the precision of mass flowmeter arrives at 1%.
