摘要 微波等离子灯热状态时(即点燃时)的测试是其研发过程中重要的一环。该测试系统能对等离子灯阳极高压、阴极电流、入射功率、反射功率、电源功率等一系列物理量进行测试,从而通过数据分析来更好的研究及匹配整个微波系统。本文依据现在微波等离子灯的研发进展,详细总结了热状态测试系统的设计和使用,在功率范围700~2000W内,详细列举了部分重要实验,并总结目前微波等离子灯研发所遇到的种种问题。希望本篇文章能对微波等离子灯进一步研究具有参考意义。 The measurement in lighting-up microwave plasma lamp is one of the most important components of its research and development. A wide range of physical quantity by which the microwave system can be analyzed and matched, such as anode high voltage, cathode current, incident power, reflection power, electric source power, can be measured in the measurement system. According to progress of researcher and development, the device and application of measurement system is summarized particularly. Some important experiment is enumerated in the article within the power limit, 700-2 000 W. Many problem and phenomenon is mentioned, and this article would have meaning for the further research studies of microwave plasma lamp.
