摘要
目的:探讨经皮经肝穿刺胆管置管引流(PTCD)在恶性肝脏囊性病变治疗中的应用。方法:对19例恶性肝脏囊性病变行CT引导下经皮肝穿置入PTCD引流管引流。结果:19例恶性肝脏囊性病变的患者治疗有效率为84.2%。结论:PTCD管置入治疗部分恶性肝脏囊性病变是一种有效的治疗方法,成功率高,并发症少。
Objective To investigate the PTCD tube using in treating the cystiform and malignancy liver carcinoma. Methods 19 cases of cystiform and malignancy liver carcinoma was Percutaneous puncture drainage with PTCD tube under CT-guided. Results All 19 patients were successfully processe, effective rate was 84.2%. Conclusion The procedure is an effective treatment with high success rate and less complication.
