摘要
弹药在长贮环境中易受库存温度和湿度变化影响,交替变化的热载荷作用,会使爆炸装药出现裂解、脱粘等,极大地影响了弹药弹道和爆轰等弹药性能的充分发挥。基于密封弹药特点,以某航空弹药为例,利用ANSYS软件对贮存弹药环境温度场进行了仿真分析,获得了室内库存和野外存放时弹体内部各点受库存温度影响的分布规律,对研究弹药贮存规律等具有重要意义。
Long-storage ammunition is influenced easily in temperature and humidity, and load is crack or glue joint failure under thermal stress alternately to affect fully the ammunition performance on ballistic trajectory and burst, etc. As an example for aerial ammunition based on its airproof quality, using the numerical simulation software ANSYS, long-storage ammunition environment temperature vales are simulated and analyzed, numerical analysis distributing rule of long-storage ammunition among inner and field is obtained, it is important for studying the long-storage rule of aerial ammunition.
