摘要
本文介绍了汽车前翼子板的冲压成形工艺,将双动斜楔、旋转斜楔与摆动斜楔进行了对比。摆动斜楔在翼子板翻边模中的应用,大大提高了生产效率,降低了汽车成本。
In this paper, the stamping progress for an automotive FR fender was analyzed. Swing CAM was compared with Double CAM and Rotate CAM. The application of Swing CAM in a flanging die for the FR fender greatly raise the production efficiency and reduce the cost of automobile.
