摘要
分析了利用铜合金挤压材加工成的环状薄壁零件变形、尺寸超差、磕碰的产生原因。并通过生产实验,确定了合理的加工工艺路线,降低了生产成本,提高了产品质量。
Analysis of the use of copper alloy extrusion materials processed into thin-walled parts of the annular deformation, size ultra-poor, Collision' s causes. And through production experiment, determine a reasonable processing line, and reduced production costs and improved product quality.
