检测减蛋综合征抗体间接ELISA法的建立及应用

Establishment and Application of Indirect ELISA for dtecting antibodies to EDS76

用蔗糖不连续梯度纯化的减蛋综合征（ＥＤＳ－７６）病毒包被ＥＬＩＳＡ板，建立了检测ＥＤＳ－７６抗体的间接ＥＬＩＳＡ法。经测定，抗原最适包被浓度为１μｇ／ｍＬ，待检血清最佳稀释度为１２００，以ＯＤ４９０＞０．３，Ｐ／Ｎ＞２．１判为阳性结果。对４个鸡场的１２０份鸡血清进行检测，阳性率分别为０，４３．３３％，８０．００％和９３．３３％。

Using EDS76 virus, sucrose discontinuous gradient purified, coated ELISA plate, a detecting method of indirect ELISA for antibodies was set up. The optimal coating concentration of antigen was 1μg/mL. Optimal dilution titer of serun was 1∶200. As OD490>0.3, P/N>2.1, the result was positive. 120 chicken samples from 4 chicken farms were detected and positive rate were 0, 43.33%, 80.00% and 93.33% respectively.
