摘要
用硝酸、高氯酸混合酸消解样品,原子吸收光谱法测定河南太行山区的花椒及椒皮、椒籽中铜、锌、铁、锰的含量,并对其结果进行了分析。结果显示:各元素在实验范围内,线性关系良好,回收率在92%—103%之间。花椒及椒皮、椒籽中均含有微量元素,花椒中铜、锌、铁、锰的含量分别为11.571、90.868、18.818、78.851μg.g-1,其中铁、锰含量丰富。铜、锌、铁的分布量为椒籽>椒皮;锰的分布量为椒皮>椒籽。测定结果为探讨花椒的高药用价值提供了有力的证据,椒籽中铜、锌、铁含量高于椒皮,应该大力开发利用。
The content of copper, zinc, iron, manganese in skins and seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum from Taihang Mountains in Henan were determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (FAAS) with digestion of HNO3+HClO4. The recovery is between 92% and 103%. There were trace elements such as copper, zinc, iron and manganese in skins and seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,and the contents are 11. 571μg·g^-1、90. 868μg·g^-1、 18. 818μg·g^-1、78. 851μg·g^-l, respectively. The iron and manganese are a little richer comparing with copper and zinc. The content of copper, zinc, iron in Zanthoxylum bungeanurn seeds are higher than those in the skins, but the manganese in Zanthoxylum bungeanum seeds are a little lower than those in the skins. The results could provide scientific data for the study on the medical functions of Zanthoxylum bungeanum,and the seeds of Zanthoxylum bungeanum should be vigorously developed and utilized.
