The Contradictions in the Process of Adult Education and Solving Strategies

通过审视成人教育实践中潜在的自相矛盾的教育问题及成因,结合当前成人教育的发展现状和未来趋势,提出了成人教育要更新教育观念、加强与社会经济的联系、整合资源、提高成人教育效益等切实可行的化解矛盾和解决问题的策略,以促进成人教育的可持续发展。

In the process of adult education , there are some contradictions and problems. After analysing the reasons of the problems, the author puts forward solving strategies which are on the basis of actuality and developing trend of adult education to promote lasting development of the adult education. The strategies include renewing educational ideas, strenghtening the connection with society economy, conformity of resources and enhancing the benefit of adult education.
