伦理是存在于人与人之间、人与社会之间的道德关系。中国社会在经济体制和经济结构发生重大变化的同时,社会结构和观念文化也步入了一个快速变迁的时代,教育观念也在社会转型期里发生着质的嬗变,成人教育管理难度不断加大,这要求成人教育管理进行根本的改革,在成人教育管理中引入伦理纬度是历史与现实的要求。
