摘要
教师是学校的灵魂、是学校教学质量的根本所在。师资队伍水平已经成为制约江西民办高校建设持续、健康发展的重要因素。文章在分析江西民办高校双师型师资队伍的现状的基础上,提出了加强"双师型"师资队伍建设措施。
The teacher is the soul of school and plays a vital part in the teaching quality. The level of the teaching staff has become a key factor which restrain the sustainable and healthy development of the private -funded universities in Jiangxi Province. So in this paper, the authors suggest some measures on reinforcing the construction of double - skilled teaching staff based on the analysis of the current situation of double - skilled teaching staff in the private - funded universities in Jiangxi Province.
