中西医结合治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎28例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 28 Cases with Chronic Ulcerative Colitis Treated with Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

为观察中西医结合对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗及愈后效果，将56例慢性溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例。治疗组采用中药口服、灌肠及西药辅助治疗，对照组采用西药口服及灌肠，观察用药后临床反应、排便改变、饮食调节等。结果显示，治疗组总有效率100％，优于对照组75％。两组停药1年各随访28例，治疗组复发率0，亦优于对照组10．7％。结果表明，在控制血便及排便次数，缓解腹痛和促进溃疡愈合方面治疗组优于对照组。

Fifty six patients with chronic ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. 28 cases received oral intake of the decoction of traditional Chinese materia medica, decoction enema plus western drug intake（the trial group）, while another 28 cases received oral intake and enema of western drugs（the controlled group）. As results,the total effective rate in the trial group was 100% ,while that in the controlled group was 75%. Recurrence rate one year after treatment in the trial group was 0, while that in the controlled group was 10. 7%. It is revealed that the combined therapy of traditional Chinese drugs and western drugs is better in terms of blood stool control and defecation time,ahominal pain relief and promotion of ulcer healing.
