摘要
在分析并选定了评价进气道流通特性的参数的基础上,针对以柴油机为原型机开发的NQ140N天然气发动机,确定出影响进气道流通特性的进气道结构参数,并采用试验方法,对原型机进气道各结构参数单独进行定量调整获得了每一进气道结构参数对螺旋进气道流通特性即平均涡流比和平均流量系数的影响。试验结果表明,各进气道结构参数对流通特性的影响并不是完全单调性。最后,给出了达到某一流通特性参数的试验方法。并采用基于大量试验数据的变量分析方法,使进气道结构参数对其流通性能影响的分析更加直观。
In this paper, we first analyzed and selceted the evaluation parameters of intake port flow characteristic, and determined the helical intake port structure parameters influencing flow characteristic of model NQ140N CNG engine modified by diesel engine. The influences of each structure parameter on the flow characteristic were tested separately. The experimental results indicate the influence of each structure parameter on flow characteristic is not monotonic. Finally, a test method for obtaining a flow characteristic parameter was put forward. In this paper, a new analysis method based on a large number of test data was presented, which made the analysis of influence of intake port structure parameter on the flow characteristic easier.
