双切向进气道柴油机进气过程的三维瞬态数值模拟分析

摘要 为了改善柴油机进气系统的进气特性,利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件对长短结合的双切向进气道进气过程进行三维瞬态数值模拟,获得了进气过程中气缸内部流体的速度场和湍动能的变化规律,揭示了其涡流从双涡流结构向单涡流结构的形成过程。在此基础上,对此气道和ZH1105W气道进行了稳流试验并对比,结果表明所设计的双切向进气道可在气缸形成较强的涡流,具有较好的流通特性。 In order to improve the flow characteristic in intake system of diesel engine, the three-dimensional transient numerical simulation for intake process of diesel engine with dual-tangent intake ports was performed by CFD software. The velocity field and the turbulence kinetic energy were calculated, which revealed the detailed process of swirl forming from dual-swirl to single-swirl. Based on the simulation result, steady flow test was performed. The test result comparision between dual-tangent intake ports and the ZH1105W intake ports shows that the dual-tangent intake ports can form stronger swirl in the cylinder and has better flow characteristic.
