摘要 目的:对当归芍药散活性部位DSS-A-N-30的化学成分进行研究。方法:用大孔树脂柱色谱制备DSS- A-N-30,用硅胶和反相硅胶柱色谱分离各成分,用MS及NMR技术鉴定结构。结果:从DSS-A-N-30中分离得到了1个新单萜苷。结论:新化合物命名为4″-羟基白芍苷。 Objective: To study the chemical constituents of an active fraction (DSS-A-N-30) from Danggui Shaoyao San. Method: DSS-A-N-30 was prepared by macroporous resin chromatography, the compound was isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and RP C- 18, the structure was elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Result: A new monoterpene glycoside was isolated and identified from DSS-A-N-30. Conclusion: The new monoterpene glycoside was identified as 4"-hydroxyl-albiflorin.
