摘要 综述近年雷公藤及其活性成分对性成熟期生殖损伤及防治的研究进展。临床试验和实验研究结果表明,雷公藤及其活性成分对性成熟期生殖的损伤主要是:可导致雌性卵巢功能下降、卵巢早衰以及性功能减退。雌、孕激素序贯性替代治疗和补肾中药复方制剂对该损伤有较好的保护和改善作用;其抗雄性生育作用确切但有可逆性,其靶点主要是生精过程以及下游精子细胞和成熟的精子,一些中药或复方制剂能对抗此不良反应。以往报道多是针对性成熟期的生殖损伤研究,今后应加强雷公藤及其活性成分对性成熟期前生殖系统作用的基础和临床研究。 In this review, we summarized the procreant active components in the subjects with gonadal maturity, and the toxicity caused by Tripterygium wilfordii F and its prevention and treatment for the toxicity. Clinical and experimental studies have indicated that Tripterygium wilfordii F and its active components decrease the func- tion of the female ovary, leading to premature senility and hypogonadism. This toxicity can be prevented by sequen- tial substitute treatment with estrogen and pregnant hormones, and by the " nourishing kidney" prescriptions of Chinese medicine. In the male gonad, the toxicity caused by Tripterygium wilfordii F is confirmable and reversible. The mainly involved processes are the sperm generation, and function of the premature or mature sperms. Several Chinese medicines and the prescriptions can attenuate such adverse effects. The reported effects are mainly found in the subjects with gonadal maturity. Henceforth, the effects of Tripterygium wilfordii F and its active components on the premature gonadal system should be reinforced in both basic and clinical studies.
