摘要优先学校计划是澳大利亚新南威尔士州扶持贫困地区教育发展的一项计划，其实施内容和实施过程都很有特色，并在实施过程中取得了很大的成绩。从某种意义上说，优先学校计划不仅是一个教育计划，而且是一个经济计划和社会发展的长期规划，一个有益于社会公平的计划。
