京津冀三地的生产率与收敛性

The Productivity and Convergence of BeiJing,TianJing and Hebei

本文运用面板数据DEA方法测算了1992～2005年间京津冀地区总的以及分产业的生产率,并检验了三个地区生产率的收敛性。分析表明,在1992～2005年,京津冀地区总的生产率存在很大的差异,生产率由高到低依次是河北省、天津市和北京市;三地总的生产率表现出很强的收敛性;京津冀地区总生产率差异的主要原因在于三地产业结构的不同;天津市向河北省的收敛源于服务业和工业生产率的提高,而北京市向河北省和天津市收敛则是由于其在服务业比重和生产率上的不断提高。

The paper explores the use of a pool data DEA approach to analyse the productivity of the three regions （BeiJing, Tiardin and HeBei） and the various industry over the 1992-2005 period, and tests the convergence of productivity. This analysis shows that： （1）There exists a large difference in the productivty of BeiJing TianJin and HeBei, the best is HeBei, next TianJin and the last is BeiJing. （2）The productivity of the three regions shows-convergence obviously. （3）The main reason that causes the difference of the productivity is the dissimilarity in the structure of the industry in the three regions. （4）Because of the promotability of Tianjin＇s productivity in the industry and the service industry, and the promotability of the proportion and productivity in the service industry of BeiJing, there exist the trend of the convergence in the total productivity of the three regions.
