摘要
用等离子体发射光谱仪分析测定了49个水稻品种(其中有45个黑稻育成品系和4个白米品种)的糙米和其中7个品种的精米的20种矿质元素的含量.结果表明:水稻品系间各元素的含量差异极大;黑米和白米间各元素的含量不尽相同,Se、Cu、Co、Pb元素白米中的含量显著高于黑米中的含量,而Mg、Mn、P、K元素黑米中的含量显著高于白米中的含量,其它元素差异不显著;所有元素糙米中的含量高于精米中的含量。
Authors determined the content of 20 mineral elements in 49 of varieties (45 of vari-eties of black rice and 4 of varieties of white rice) from unpolished rice and 9 of varieties from re-fined rice with plasma photometer. The result showed that: The difference of content of variousrnineral elements alnong the lines of rice is very remarkable. There is no explicit difference of content of varions elements between black rice and white rice. The content of Se. Cu. Co. Pb elementsin white rice is much ligher than that of black rice, but the content of Mg. Mn. P. K elements inblack rice is much higher than that of white rice, there is no exphicit difference at the other elements. The content of all elements in umpolish ed rice is higher than that of refined rice.
