肺功能仪应用呼吸过滤器的效果观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解肺功能仪及呼吸管道被微生物污染情况,探讨肺功能室预防交叉感染的控制措施及效果。方法利用随机采样方法,对患者进行肺功能检测后的肺功能仪及呼吸管道采样进行微生物监测。样本分为A、B两组,A组:所有受检者不使用呼吸过滤器进行肺功能检测;B组:所有受检者均使用呼吸过滤器进行肺功能检测。结果A组样本被微生物污染率达46.67%,并分离出2种微生物,使用呼吸过滤器后肺功能仪呼吸管道样本被微生物污染率降至0,两者比较有显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论肺功能仪和呼吸管道经长时间使用后的污染情况比较严重,使用呼吸过滤器是预防交叉传染危险性的最有效控制措施。
