云南省化妆品卫生质量及卫生安全性对策

Investigation on Sanitation of Cosmetics in Yunnan Province and the Research of Security Countermeasure

目的了解云南省化妆品卫生质量,提出卫生安全性对策,更好地保护消费者的健康。方法按照国家化妆品卫生标准、标准检测方法及规范,对1996—2005年采样的化妆品样本进行理化、微生物和毒理学指标的检测,并对检测数据和相关资料进行整理,应用2×2列联表卡方检验和线性趋势卡方检验进行卫生质量合格率比较,并进一步探讨化妆品的安全性对策。结果1996—2005年,云南省进行卫生学检验的化妆品总数为1581件,合格1425件,合格率为90.1%。线性趋势卡方检验结果显示,1996—2005年总合格率呈上升趋势(χ2=19.487,P<0.01)。清洁类化妆品合格率(89.2%)低于护理类(93.2%),χ2=5.755,P<0.05。用于毛发的化妆品合格率较低(89.3%)。结论云南省化妆品总合格率呈上升趋势,但检测数量较少。相关部门应在化妆品管理法律法规,卫生指标检测等方面采取对策,保护消费者健康。

Objective To know the cosmetics quality in Yunnan Province and to research the security countermeasure in order to protect the the health of people. Methods According to the state,standard test methods and criterion,the physical,chemical,biological and toxicological indicators of cosmetics were determined and evaluated. The results were treated by statistic methods. Results From 1996 to 2005,1 581 cosmetics samples were determined. The eligible rate of the cosmetics samples was 90.1%（1 425/1 581）. The eligible rate was increasing from 1996 to 2005（χ2=19.487,P〈0.01）. Conclusion From 1996 to 2005,the eligible rate of cosmetics in Yunnan was increasing. The regulations and critenon of cosmetics should be enhanced. More programmes should be conducted to protect the health of people.
