摘要
以月桂酸作原料,经过酰氯化,傅-克酰基化,还原等反应合成了直链十二烷基苯,并通过预处理,减压蒸馏,重结晶等方法分离并提纯,产物经^1H NMR进行了表征。优化条件为:在n(月桂酸):n(氯化亚砜)-1:2条件下制得月桂酰氯;在n(月桂酰氯):n(AlCl3):n(苯)=1:1.2:8.4,80℃反应9h条件下制得十二酰基苯,再经黄呜龙还原得到最终产物直链十二烷基苯,产率可达59.200。
n-Dodecylbenzene was prepared by Minglong deoxidization, followed by purifica lauroyl chloridation, Friedel-Crafts acylation and tion with vacuum distillation and recrystallizaton Huang procedures. The optimum reaction conditions were: lauroyl chloride was first prepared with n(dodecanoic acid) : n(thionyl chloride) of 1 : 2; then lauroyl chloride, aluminum chloride and benzene [in the ratios of n(lauroyl chloride) : n(aluminium chloride) : n(benzene) = 1 : 2 : 8.41 reacted at 80 ℃ for 9 h; and finally Huang Minglon deoxidization of laurophenone prepared was carried out with hydrazine hydrate. After vacuum distillation and recrystallizaton, the yield of the final product was 59.2%. The final product linear dodecylbenzene was confirmed by 1H NMR characterization.
