Optimize System Design to Guarantee Safe and Smooth Traffic

摘要 郑州北站下行驼峰进行自动化系统换装后,由于TW-2型驼峰自动化系统的速度控制子系统和调车联锁子系统还存在控制精度不高、操作不便、不同作业模式切换时间过长等问题,不能满足车站解编作业的实际需要,对驼峰的安全和效率产生了一定影响。通过认真分析主、客观原因,提出解决问题的对策,并进行实践验证,达到了保证车站安全畅通的目的。 Since the automation system was applied to the down-direction hump of Zhengzhou-north station, the hump safety and ef-f iciency has been in? uenced to some extent because of the problems such as inaccurate control, inconvenient operation, and long switch-ing time of different operation modes occurring in the speed control subsystem and shunting interlocking subsystem of the Type TW-2 hump automation system, which could not meet the practical requirement of marshalling operation in the station. After the careful analysis on the subjective and objective reasons, countermeasures for the problems have been proposed and proven in practices, thus guarantee-ing safe and smooth traffic.
