摘要
教育改革的公共领域是指一个国家的教育决策机构和社会公众之间的公共空间,它是一个讲坛,一个在这里民众可以就他们有关教育的公共事务进行协商、辩论、批判,进而对教育的决策产生影响的场所。在我国当下的社会生活中,基于沟通与批判的教育改革公共领域还面临着一系列的困境,如国家与社会呈现出分离中的一体化、舆论媒体的意识形态化、知识分子的依附化以及社会公众在政策消费下的失语化等。在中国建构一个为教育改革服务的公共领域,只能是"有限建构",所达成的也只能是"类公共领域"。
Public sphere of education reform is a public place between the national decision-making organization of education and the social public. It is a platform where people can argue, consult and criticize, thus influencing educationai decision-making. In the current Social life, there is a series of puzzlement in the public sphere of education reform based on communication and criticism, such as the integration of nation and society, ideologization of public opinion and mass media, the attachment of intellectuals and the silence of the social public in the implementation of poli- cies. The author thinks that we can only construct in a limited way the public sphere serving the education reform which is merely a semi-public sphere.
