Experimental study on the drying technique of Flos Lonicerae

摘要 采用蒸后烘干的试验方法,对洛阳西部地区种植的金银花进行了研究。根据影响金银花品质及干燥速率的主要因素,采用均匀试验设计对干燥工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:影响绿原酸含量的因素依次为蒸制时间>干燥温度>物料装载量,影响干燥速率的因素依次为干燥温度>物料装载量>蒸制时间。较优的干燥工艺条件是蒸制2min,干燥温度52℃,装载量为2.33kg/m2。该工艺与传统干燥方法相比,金银花的绿原酸和干燥速率含量分别提高了14.8%和51.7%,可作为实际生产工艺的参考。 The steaming and drying method was used to According to the main influential factors of quality and optimized with the uniform design, Experimental result process Flos Lonicerae in the west area of Luoyang. drying rate, the drying technique parameters were showed that the order of different factors affecting content of chlorogenic acid was braising time, drying temperature, loading weight, and the order of different factors affecting drying rate was drying temperature, loading weight; braising time, The optimal experimental parameters were 2 min of braising time, 52 ℃ of drying temperature and 2.33 kg/m^2 of loading weight. Compared to the traditional drying method, content of chlorogenic acid and drying rate increased by 14.8% and 51.7%, respectively, and the drying technique was available for production.
