摘要
采用蒸后烘干的试验方法,对洛阳西部地区种植的金银花进行了研究。根据影响金银花品质及干燥速率的主要因素,采用均匀试验设计对干燥工艺参数进行了优化。结果表明:影响绿原酸含量的因素依次为蒸制时间>干燥温度>物料装载量,影响干燥速率的因素依次为干燥温度>物料装载量>蒸制时间。较优的干燥工艺条件是蒸制2min,干燥温度52℃,装载量为2.33kg/m2。该工艺与传统干燥方法相比,金银花的绿原酸和干燥速率含量分别提高了14.8%和51.7%,可作为实际生产工艺的参考。

Compared to the traditional drying method, content of chlorogenic acid and drying rate increased by 14.8% and 51.7%, respectively, and the drying technique was available for production.
