摘要
用壳低聚糖与铬(Ⅲ)离子配合生成壳低聚糖铬(Ⅲ)配合物,研究pH值、温度、底物浓度、时间对结合率的影响,并对其结构进行初步研究。分析结果表明,壳低聚糖与铬(Ⅲ)能形成稳定的配合物,经红外、紫外光谱分析其配位的基团是-NH2基,铬离子的结合率高达25.04%。
With water soluble chitooligosaccharide and Cr( Ⅲ ) complexing produce chitooligosaccharide Cr(Ⅲ) complex. Study the effects of four factors: pH, temperature, solid concentration, reaction time. Commix chitooligosaccharide with CrCl3 will synthesize chitooligosaccharide Cr( Ⅲ ) complex. And the primary study on it structure was conducted. Chitooligosaccharide and Cr( Ⅲ ) can form the steady cooperation thing. The -NH2 is the mainly base that can coordinate iron or selenium by infrared spectral analysis, the mass percent of Cr is about 25.04%.
