摘要
选用3种大孔吸附树脂D101、LSA800B和Amberlite XAD-16对葡萄酒下脚料液中的原花青素的吸附性能进行研究。静态吸附、等温吸附和吸附的动力学研究显示,LSA800B最适合葡萄酒下脚料中原花青素的分离。该研究提供一种新的原花青素提取来源,为有效利用葡萄工业废弃物及实现原花青素的工业化生产提供基础理论依据。
In order to determine the optimum kind of macroporous adsorbent resin, the adsorption performance of 3 kinds of macroporous adsorbent resins, D101, LSA800B and Amberlite XAD-16, for procyanidin from grape wine's sedimentation were studied and compared in this work. The static, isothermal and dynamic adsorptions indicated that LSA800B was the best resin for the isolation of procyanidin. The study provided a new source for the extraction of procyanidin and basic theory for the industrial production of procyanidin.
