摘要
传统的阀门性能测试,阀门的开启、关闭、气路的控制以及最后的数值记录都是由工人现场手工完成。这样的测试方法受工人主观因素和现场环境的影响,测试结果不能得到保证。针对这些缺陷,利用国产组态软件PC Auto为列车防滑器电磁阀组件性能测试开发了一个自动测试系统。在该测试系统中,借助组态软件提供的实时控制功能和实时数据库功能,实现了整个测试过程的自动控制和数据的实时记录。同时还实现了测试过程的动态可视化控制,对测试参数进行采集和集中管理,并能对测试过程进行监控报警,自动生成历史报表和实时报表。目前该系统已经投入使用,运行良好。
Traditional electromagnetic valves tests (turning on or turning off valves,controlling air current and noting parameters) were controlled by workers subjectively.There was worker's subjectivity and surroundings effect.The test results were not satisfactory.So an auto-testing system has been developed with a home-produced configuration software PCAuto.The capa- bility of electromagnetic valves which constitute the anti-skid system can be tested by this auto-testing systemLeaking test and exhausting test has been passed with high precision,The control of this system is dynamic and visualized.By using this system, we can collect and manage parameters.
