Technology of Customer Requirement Analysis for Mass Customization

介绍了当前大批量定制的特点与发展方向实施策略核心技术,分析了在技术驱动的大批量定制生产模式的环境下,结合产品基因工程与产品逆向工程,进行开发客户需求获取与分析技术的关键内容,并提出解决方案,建立了有效的产品族模型,并开发了一个系统原形,为以后的研究工作打下了一个良好的基础。

This paper introduces the characteristics and the future of Technology-driven Mass Customization （TDMC）.On analyzing the environment of TDMC,a key research on customer requirement analysis has been developed,based on the architecture of Product Genetic Engineering（PGE） and Product Reverse Engineering.A blueprint dealing with the research has been proposed including the models of product family and the customer requirements.
