摘要
以延炼水处理项目为背景,以目前较先进的反渗透水处理工艺的控制要求为依据,介绍了由S7-400PLC、组态软件WinCC组成的基于ProfiBus-DP总线的分布式控制系统在污水处理厂中的软硬件设计、开发过程。
This paper,with the Reverse Osmosis water processing project of oil refiner in Yan＇an being the main research background,and with control technology requirements being a basis,mainly introduces a software and hardware design,development of the distributed control system based on PROFIBUS-DP in the Reverse Osmosis Sewage Treatment,which consists of S7-400 PLC and WinCC.
