股浅静脉瓣膜带戒术治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的临床应用

Clinical practicability of superficial femoral vein with ring in the treatment of primary deep venous insufficiency

目的探讨股浅静脉瓣膜带戒术在治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全中的临床应用价值。方法选择经腘静脉造影证实为原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的12例患者患肢12条,行股浅静脉瓣膜带戒术及大隐静脉高位结扎剥脱术加交通支结扎术。结果12例患者平均随访20个月,全部患肢症状明显缓解,溃疡痊愈,无复发。结论股浅静脉瓣膜带戒术治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全疗效满意。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect and the clinical practicability of superficial femoral vein with ring in the treatment of primary deep venous insufficiency （PVDI）. Methods Twelve limbs in twelve patients who were proved to be PDVI were treated by superficial femoral vein with ring. And they were also treated by the high ligation and ablation of great sa- phenous vein, ablation of superficial veins and ligation of perforator vein at the same time. Results The symptoms of all patients were alleviated with an average follow - up for 20 months. Caseswith ulcer were healed completely and no recurred. Conclusion Primary deep venous insufficiency treated by superficial femoral vein with ring is satisfaction.
