摘要
主要分析了采用手工电弧焊、单点手动或多点半自动电阻焊工艺生产煤矿井下用点焊网过程中存在的问题,详细介绍了全自动点焊网焊机的生产工艺、组成与配置、主要技术参数及优点等特性,并进行了传统工艺与现代工艺的效益分析。
This paper mainly analyzes the problems that exist in the application of manual electric arc welding, single-spot manual and multi-spot semiautomatic resistance welding to the production of spot-welding mesh in the coal mines. The manufacturing technology, components, configuration, main technical parameters and advantages of the fully-automatic spot-welding mesh welder are expounded. Furthermore, the benefit analysis is made between the tradilional technology and the modern one.
