摘要
为了使南洺河铁矿自动风门运行平稳可靠,不发生事故,对自动风门系统的风门部分、动力部分和控制部分进行了可靠性设计重点研究了通过PLC的软件设计提高系统可靠性的方法,并给出了相应的程序。通过以上设计,可以完全保证自动风门安全可靠地运行。
To make the automatic air-door system running reliably and smoothly in Nan-Ming-He iron mine, the reliability design of this system including the air door structure, power part and control program is carried out. The method that improves' the reliability of the system by the software design of PLC is investigated emphatically, and the correspondent program is presented. All of the designs can completely ensure the air-door running safely and reliably.
