摘要
本系统采用Intel公司十六位微处理器80C196KC和CPLD可编程芯片EPM7128作为核心,在提升机系统中实现同步发电机的微机励磁控制。系统以中央处理器为核心,由模拟量的输入/输出,开关量的输入/输出,存储器扩展,六路晶闸管控制脉冲的输出,键盘与显示以及与上位机485通讯等功能模块组成。控制方式具有恒机端电压励磁调节、恒励磁电流调节、恒功率因数励磁三种。系统具有故障报警、运行状态实时显示、励磁限制、自检和自诊断等多种功能晶闸管触发采用单片机实现全数字控制,线路紧凑,系统调试简单,易于操作。
Intel 80C196KC 16-bit microprocessor and EPM7128 complex programmable logic device are taken as a core for the control of microcomputer excitation system of the synchronous generator in mine hoist. The system includes the function models such as I/O of analog quantity, I/SO of switching value, memory expansion, output of 6-thyristor control pulses, key board, displaying and communication with IPC 485-computer. There are three control modes, such as excitation regulating of constant terminal voltage, current regulating of constant excitation, and excitation regulating of constant power factor. This system has the function of fault alarming, real time displaying of running state, excitation limiting, self-check and self-diagnosis. The thyristor trigger is full-digital controlled by single chip computer. This system behaves in compact layout, easy regulation and operation.
