摘要
从固定载荷模式下钢丝绳疲劳寿命的预测模型出发,建立了变载荷模式下钢丝绳疲劳寿命的预测模型。这个预测模型可预知多工况提升作业钢丝绳的预期疲劳寿命,应用它有助于保证安全生产,又能节约钢丝绳使用成本。该模型仍处于理论阶段,应针对实际应用时可能出现的预测误差,通过模型公式各系数的反推修正,以期提高模型的预测精度。
Proceed from the forecast model for fatigue life of steel wire ropes under fixed load mode, the forecast model under variable load mode is established. The expectant fatigue life of a wire rope in the case of variable hoisting work can be predicted with this model. It can ensure the safety of production and save the cost Applying this model. For the model is still at the stage of theory, the coefficients involved in this model should be amended in connection with the possible forecasting error in practice to i'aise the precision of prediction.
