振动筛集中润滑系统的设计

Design of the Centralized Lubrication System of the Vibration Screen

根据选煤振动筛的润滑情况,介绍了目前常用的两种干油集中润滑系统:双线式和递进式,并根据振动筛的工作状况和干油集中润滑系统的特点,设计了多个振动筛集中润滑系统,采用多线式和双线式的方式对多台振动筛进行润滑,并分析了该系统中双线分配器的工作原理。经实践证明,多线式集中润滑系统中的各个润滑点润滑良好,避免了振动筛轴承的过度磨损,延长了振动筛的使用寿命。

According to the lubrication of the vibration screen for classifying in coal preparation, this paper introduces two grease centralized lubrication systems in common use, that is, two-lines centralized lubrication system and step-up centralized lubrication system.Based on the working status of the vibration screen and the characteristics of grease centralized lubrication system, the centralized lubrication system for the several vibration screens is designed by using multi-lines and double-lines. The working principle of the double-lines distributor is presented. The practice shows that every lubrication point of the multi-lines centralized lubrication system behaves as a better lubrication. This system averts the bearing excessive wear and prolongs the service life of the screen.
