无创正压通气治疗对慢性阻塞性肺病患者生存质量的影响

The influence of the patients'quality of life in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for the treatment of COPD

目的探讨无创正压通气(NIPPV)治疗慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)急性加重期患者对生活质量的影响。方法选择我科收治的COPD急性加重期伴有Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的患者107例。根据患者的性别、年龄、肺功能、动脉血气分析、营养状况、文化程度、人月均经济收入和居住状况等情况进行配对,进行无创通气治疗的107例患者分为治疗组(55例)和对照组(52例),两组一般资料比较差异无显著性。结果治疗组COPD急性加重期患者治疗后生存质量高于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。2年随访治疗组患者的急性加重住院治疗次数减少。结论NIPPV在急性加重期COPD患者治疗中,可以使患者生活质量改善。

Objective To assess the influencing factors of the patients’ quality of life in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD QOL） in non-invasive positive pressure ventilation（NIPPV） for the treatment of COPD in acute exacerbation with respiratory failure（RF）.Methods According to sex,age,lung function,ABG’s,nutrition status,education status,monthly pay and living status.The patients were divided into two groups.52 patients （control group） and 55 patients（treatment group） were evaluated by COPD QOL.Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group’s TMS and FS of COPD QOL decreased singnificantly with AECOPD.The difference is substantial（P〈0.05）.That is to say the quality of life decreased.Conclusion Treated by NIPPV,COPD patients’ quality of life improve obviously.
