一次性根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿的临床观察

Clinical observation of the primary radical surgical procedure in the treatment of perianorectal abscess

目的探讨一次性根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿的临床疗效。方法回顾分析78例肛门直肠周围脓肿一次性根治术的临床资料。结果一次性治愈73例,治愈率93.6%,未出现肛门畸形、失禁等后遗症。结论一次性根治术治疗肛门直肠周围脓肿,既缩短了疗程,又减少了二次手术的痛苦。

Objective To investigate the therapentic results of primary radical operation in the treatment of perianorectal abscess.Methods Of 78 patients with perianorectal abscess undergoing primary radical surgical procedure in our hospital were retrospective analyzed.Results Seventy-three cases were cured primary,the cure was 93.6%.No fecal incoutinence or anal malformation were noticed.Conclusion The primary radical operation in the treatment of perianorectal abscess can shorten the treatment course and avoid second surgery.
