Development of Business Process Reengineering Theory

本文全面、深入地分析、揭示了企业重组由企业内部作业流程重构到跨部门、跨组织、跨国界的外部业务网络再造,从表面工作关系的再设计到企业制度、能力和文化,以及人的思维方式重建的整个理论发展过程,及其与其它管理理论之间的联系.

In this paper, the development of business process reengineering, from internal work process redesign, organization reconfiguration to outer business process networks reengineering, from superficial operation rebuilding, system, constitution rethinking to firm's culture and competence reconstruction, was analysed and demonstrated. Furthermore, the correlations between BPR and other management thought was discussed.
